The Story
It was time for Daniel to start a new chapter of life, so he was ready to sell his Parker home, knowing end of year was not ideal. After consulting with him, he agreed to freshen up a few things around the home to ensure it would present well in marketing and showings. The high interest rate environment on top of coming holidays translated to lower numbers of buyers in the market.
