Matthew and Cynthia and their four young children were feeling like their house was shrinking by the day. They had put a lot of love into their starter home, but it was time for a new chapter. This couple listed their home in the height of one of the craziest housing markets we've seen, knowing it would quickly sell, but not knowing how quickly (or even if) they would find their next home. As usual, luck favors the prepared and we had a plan that Matthew and Cynthia followed to the tee. We found their next home just coming back on market and the sellers were moving out of state.
