This policy explains what information Selling 303 collects when you use selling303.com, how it's used, and the choices you have. The short version: I use your information to help you buy or sell a home and to improve this website. I don't sell your personal information.
Selling 303 is the real estate practice of Jacob Stark, a licensed Colorado REALTOR® (CO Lic #FA100087287) with Orchard Brokerage LLC. In this policy, "we," "us," and "Selling 303" mean Jacob Stark and the Selling 303 website.
The calculators on this site (home equity, closing costs, and cost of living) run in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to us.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and the general location and type of device. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out. Providing your phone number is never a condition of working with us, and we don't share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Some features on this site are provided by other companies, including RealScout (home search and home value), Google Calendar (scheduling), and YouTube (videos, loaded only when you press play). When you use those features, the provider's own privacy policy also applies. Links to other websites, including my brokerage and REcolorado, are governed by those sites' policies.
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal and brokerage record-keeping requirements. Real estate transaction records may be kept for several years after closing, as required.
This site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
