We count it amongst our greatest blessings that we met Jacob! When we first connected back in May 2025, we were complete newbies in home-buying and weren't even sure if we could make it happen. Jacob's willingness to be our guide even then really moved us. And now, over a year later, he helped us make it to the other side safely, joyfully, miraculously in front of our perfect home. The whole process could have easily overwhelmed us, but he clearly and kindly lit the way. I've worked with a number of realtors over the years so the home-buying process is one with which I'm more familiar than many. But Jacob did such a great job from start to finish, helping us narrow down a search that was incredibly specific (trying to find a house for the aging in-laws that was close to their doctors, single floor, big enough for their stuff, easily manageable yard and of course, within budget) and Jacob not only found some options, but was able to walk through an incredibly difficult purchase (if anyone is interested in purchasing a home from Zillow, be advised, it will NOT go smoothly or according to plan). His professionalism shined throughout with quick communication and what appeared to be 24/7 availability. We wound up using his recommendations for inspections, home warranties (which I never buy, but he managed to get the Seller to include) and a number of other home professionals.
